Linux MCE looks hot

MythTV, the popular Linux based PVR project, has been around for some time. It’s nice, and it functions well, but it’s only as functional as Windows Media Center Edition plus, it can be difficult to install and configure. Linux MCE, which wraps MythTV up into a nice package and places it squarely on top of the leading Linux distribution Ubuntu

I Walk Alone

I Walk Alone

So its March and all the ppl from my hostel are gone and only Me and Ankit Maheshwari are left. He on the First floor and me on the Second floor and rest all the rooms are empty and locked and it becomes ghostly at times. But what sometimes really scares me is the sound of dogs howling and a siren exactly the same as in movie Silent Hill coming in the middle of the night , both of which i have never heard hear before and i have asked ppl about it and got the answer about siren as the siren of shift change in a factory which is no where to be seen. Hehe enough of the scary talks. These days i have seriously understood that the worst punishment that can ever be given to a person is solitary confinement as it is against mans basic nature of expressing his feelings and interacting with other humans for whatever reason it may be, it really makes people crazy like its making me now.

I also have changed my timetable from going to sleep in the morning around 7am to around 4am and will continue to bring it down.

The above image was taken when we went to see off akshay, from left to right- Me (Ankur/OS), Akash, Ankit(Deva), Akshay, Pratik, Vidit(MJG)

So a year has passed and now its 2007 wow time is really on a fly and its gaining more and more velocity day by day. So what has happened between this all time well to tell you the truth i dont remember much of it, ya its more like every day is almost the same as the last day, the same class, same homework and the same sucking mess food!!!!! But there were some things that i will never forget like Janu, Deva, Boxers birthday party, the fun at manu’s room with that PHP and some things here and there.

Hey its new year well actually new year fever is over now and strange things have started to happen all around me either people have started studying really hard or they have given it up completely. My life is becoming more and more self centered (i dunno if its good or bad) i dont reply to any SMS or missed call, i dont even call home or my sis, i mean it was not that i used to call them everyday its just that it never comes to my mind to call them. Guess my life is all screwed up!!!

Well well as i always say lets see what life gives you now so i have changed my attitute from “why me ?” to “try me” hope this challenging approach helps me

good bye and happy new year
